Technically we don’t need these details; however they do make it easier for us to arrange delivery for prizes. If you are uncomfortable providing this information, by all means leave it blank. It is important that you use a valid Email Address, however, otherwise we cannot contact you regarding prizes.

There is no need to worry. www.MyTips.com.au believes strongly in your privacy. None of your private information, including your email address, will ever be shared with a third party. In addition, your email address is not displayed anywhere on the website, so it is impossible for Spam harvesters to find it after you submit it. The only people who will be able to see your email address are site administrators, and they act only with the www.MyTips.com.au Privacy Policy in mind.
How do I verify my account? Answer »
When you registered, you were sent an email to your account. This email would have the subject mytips.com.au: Complete Your Registration. Inside this email is a link that must be clicked to verify your account. If clicking the link causes an error message, check that your email program has not split the link over two lines. If it has, highlight the whole link and copy/paste it into your web browser. The link should end with a code, such as 4dfc0e4a30b6. If it does not, the link has been split over two lines.
Please do not attempt to change your password until you have activated your account.
If the link is still not working, and you have tried copy/pasting it into your web browser, then reply to the verification email and we will activate your account manually.
Why didn’t I receive a verification email? Answer »
If you registered, then your verification email was definitely sent. However a couple of things may have happened:
1. You may have entered your email address incorrectly. If you think this is the case, contact support and we will change the email address manually.
2. Your email program’s Spam filters may be blocking this email. This is the more likely of the two causes. If this is the case, check inside your Junk Mail folder for the email.
You can resend your verification email at any time from the ‘incorrect login’ page, through the Activated Your Account link.
Why can’t I login? Answer »
If you are having trouble logging in, there are a few possible reasons:
1. You have used the wrong username. You may have entered a username from another tipping site, or tried to enter your email address instead of username.
2. Your account is not yet active. You may not have yet clicked the link that you were sent when you registered. You need to click this link and activate your account before you can login.
3. Your password is incorrect. You may have changed your password recently, and entered the old one instead. Also, passwords are case-sensitive, so cat is not the same as CAT. Ensure you have entered your password exactly.
